The beacon wont work/attract new settlers if you have a few settlers who do nothing/no jobs in your settlement. Is this a common issue or is there a fix? Thanks! As far as I understand, they're supposed to limit recruitment by the amount of beds in that settlement, but I'm frequently getting over 30 people in settlements that only have beds for 20 or so. Or you could use the holotape advanced tool "recalculate NPC counts". One of the reasons may be spawning them using methods other than the normal recruitment beacon. I was able to find the magazine on the crafting bench, and crafted the beacon, but no one shows up.
